The company responsible for processing personal data is Zilian Ibérica,
Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, with registered offices at Av. António Augusto de Aguiar 29-D, 1050- 251 Lisboa, with share capital of € 1.187.000,00.
2. What personal data can Zilian collect?
In this context, the expression "personal data" means the set of information that relates to you and that allows us to identify you, directly or indirectly, so your personal data may consist, for example, of your name, your tax number, your contacts, your transactions and your interactions with us.
We may also receive your personal data from other companies, particularly when they collect, process or store it as part of a service contract.

3. How and why does Zilian use my personal data?
Zilian does so for the following purposes:
a) Marketing: to inform you about news and offers that may be of interest to you

b) Transactions: to issue invoices for the purchase of goods and services;
c) Home deliveries;
d) Customer support contacts: so that we can provide a support service,
pre- and post-sales;

4. How long will Zilian keep my personal data?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes in point 7.3. and to comply with the legislation in force. Once the maximum retention period has been reached, your personal data will be anonymized or securely deleted.

5. With whom can Zilian share customers' personal data?
Basically, Zilian's third-party service providers, namely companies involved in the purchasing process and collection management, transportation, storage, marketing, website hosting and banking entities.
Zilian subcontracts with suitable service providers, who may process the data solely for the purposes stipulated by Zilian, complying with the legislation on the protection of personal data and other applicable legislation. These companies are only provided with the personal data necessary to provide the service in question. To the extent required by law, we may have to disclose your personal data to authorities or third parties, in which case our control over how your personal data is protected is limited.
6. Can Zilian transfer my data to countries outside the European Union?
This will only happen in the case of the legitimate interest of the data subject, maintaining the same level of protection guarantee.

Participation and Use of Prizes (Discount Codes)
- To take part in the draw and qualify for the prize, the participant must provide a valid e-mail address.
- If they win, they will receive an exclusive, personal and non-transferable discount code.
- The discount code can only be used in the online store associated with the prize draw and exclusively by the user account linked to the e-mail address provided during participation.
- Use of the discount code by third parties or accounts other than the one registered with the winning e-mail address constitutes a breach of the terms of the prize draw and may result in the code being annulled and/or the participant being disqualified.
- The participant is responsible for ensuring that the e-mail address provided belongs to them and is active for communication regarding the draw and sending the discount code.
- Each participant may spin the wheel and take part in the draw only once. Any attempt to enter multiple times with the same e-mail address or by fraudulent means will result in immediate disqualification.
- By taking part in the prize draw, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the general terms and conditions of the prize draw in question.
